Hey there, thanks for stopping by. My name is Dijana and I am a freelance photographer, based in Melbourne.
Over the last 10 years, I’ve been fortunate enough to be invited into strangers, friends, and sometimes strangers who become friend’s most intimate moments in their lives. I am entrusted to tell the story of their special day and capture fleeting moments which can be reflected upon whenever desired.
My personality is a mixture of both introverted and extroverted qualities, and I can adjust quite easily to suit my surroundings and bring out the best in any situation. I tell you this because my personality extends to my work, and I understand that your wedding day is a special occasion about the two of you. My casual but attuned presence allows you to relax and to celebrate with your family and friends, enabling me to intuitively capture your day as it unfolds with as little intrusion and fuss as possible.
Having said that, I am also able to step up to the challenge of directing rogue bridal parties or a nervous couple, but I do so with gentle direction, bringing out genuine smiles and emotions – and avoiding cheesy smiles and poses.
Many of my previous couples that I have photographed have told me that they hardly noticed me on their day, and I take that as a compliment because this is the key element when it comes to capturing natural moments.

As for the girl behind the camera: I love cheese, art, music, VW Kombis and cats – all the cats. I sing badly and dance even worse then I sing.
